Thank you for taste-testing my Fluffins!
I’ve always loved the shape and crispy toasted edges of an English muffin — but let’s be real, they’re usually bland and dry. So I started experimenting. What if I took everything I love about a good buttermilk biscuit — the fluff, the tang, the tender crumb — and gave it the form factor and toastability of an English muffin? And just like that, the Fluffin was born.
These babies are small-batch, preservative-free, freezer-friendly, and built for joy. Slice, toast, butter, sandwich, devour. They’re sturdy but never stodgy (TGBBS fans know what’s up).
